CANCELLATION POLICY

At Silk Touch Waxing Studio, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Last-minute changes make it difficult for me to fill the space; and as a small business, every appointment truly matters. Deposits Required For New Clients: A 50% deposit is required for any new client for any service booked. This deposit is non-refundable. If your appointment is rescheduled within 30 days this deposit will still count towards that service. If rescheduling past 30 days a new deposit will be required. 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment. Cancellations Under 24 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, a 50% fee of the scheduled service total will be charged. No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Running Late? If you’re 15+ minutes late, you will need to reschedule your service. Since rescheduling is required, you will be charged the 50% for a cancellation under 24 hours.
